Art that keeps on giving

I am delighted to be donating a piece of my artwork to the National Trust Cayman for their live auction event on Wednesday May 22nd.

“Swimming at Smith Cove” is a popular print, and this donated piece is a 24” x 32” stretched giclee on canvas.

I have spent time spanning two decades sat beneath the grape trees of Smith Cove, watching my family jump from the rocks. This painting evokes particularly personal memories for me.

I am additionally happy to announce that all further sales of prints of “Swimming at Smith Cove” will generate an automatic 20% donation of the retail price towards the National Trust of the Cayman Islands, to help their team continue to preserve Cayman’s heritage and natural beauty. This is intended to generate a steady revenue for the National Trust fund.

Prints of “Swimming at Smith Cove” will be on sale at my upcoming solo show for Cayman Art week on Friday May 24th.

My years serving as District Chair for the National Trust is the reason the NTCI has been selected as the preferred charity to benefit from my art sales with Claire at The Beach studio.

Here is a picture of me with Cathy Childs, the incredibly hard working Director of Environment at NTCI.

Thanks for joining the journey!
